Job summary

UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, manage, and implement strategic initiatives across the Supply Chain. Under the Division Director, you will drive initiation, scope, schedules and resources, coordinating with end users, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a preferred Bachelor's in related fields, and at least one year of project management experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Health Services Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of project management experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and implement strategic projects through initiation, scope, schedule and resources.
• Handle projects including new construction, purchased services and integration activities.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain Service departments and engage stakeholders (end users, vendors, partners).
• Provide project updates and management reporting as required.
