Job summary

AngloGold Ashanti North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support strategic capital projects and development initiatives across Nevada operations.

You will track action items, facilitate governance, and help prepare executive reporting while coordinating study reviews and stakeholder communication. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CAPM/PMP preferred, and 3–5+ years in project coordination within mining or heavy industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering or related field.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 3–5+ years coordinating PMO or engineering administration on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate milestones, action items, and governance for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Maintain document controls, logs, and risk registers per standards.
• Prepare monthly executive dashboards and progress summaries.
• Interface with internal teams, consultants, and regulators.
