Job summary

Trinity Health MI is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to a Leader and department. You will coordinate and monitor multi-functional project teams, keep timelines on track, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing updates for administration and committees, and collaborating across departments to gather data and prepare presentations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of experience with administrative and/or project support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and completion of multi-functional project teams for projects and programs.
• Provide project coordination from planning phase to successful completion.
• Provide periodic project updates to administration, medical committees, project teams and staff in written and verbal formats.
• Interact professionally with team members to ensure a collaborative plan and working relationship.
• Keep supervisors informed about issues and problems.
• Coordinate project resources to ensure completion within scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and prepare presentations.
