Job summary

Comcast seeks a Premium Support Specialist to oversee small projects and support larger initiatives. You will work with vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve goals and keep Project Managers updated on progress for timely, cost-efficient delivery.

You will be part of a structured team emphasizing governance, documentation, and continuous improvement, with a need to adapt to varying schedules and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in project support or related roles.
• Strong communication, organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects under supervision to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Using formal methodologies and tools for resource, budget, risk, and change management.
• Defining project scope and objectives to align with organizational goals.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including vendors, to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation and plans.
• Directing schedules and budgets and monitoring progress against parameters.
• Facilitating communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement.
• Providing status reports and escalating issues to maintain momentum.
• Conducting project meetings to align team efforts and address challenges.
• Assisting in continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
