Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Scheduler to develop and manage schedules for projects across manufacturing, program and engineering teams. You will assist the project managers with planning, coordinating tasks, and monitoring timelines to identify delays and drive remedial actions.

The role requires advanced Excel and MS Project skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to communicate complex information under pressure.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or in 4-year program with related experience or HS diploma with experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
• Experience with EVM practices is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules using SOW and WBS
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project team to track progress
• Perform schedule analysis using CPM/CCM
• Conduct schedule risk analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Provide IMS/IMS metrics updates as required
• Support PM during government reviews and meetings
• Other duties as assigned
