Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years project scheduling experience.
• PMP, PMI-SP, or EVP certification preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project; familiarity with Oracle Primavera is a plus.
• Proficient in CPM scheduling with ability to identify and mitigate schedule risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera, applying CPM techniques to identify risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Integrate EVM principles with scheduling to track progress, manage cost and performance metrics, and support forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, vendors, and project management to align schedules and baselines with objectives and resolve conflicts.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to communicate schedule updates, EVM metrics (CPI, SPI), and risk mitigation plans.
• Identify schedule and cost risks, monitor performance, support recovery plans for deviations, and provide scheduling training.
