Job summary

Safran is seeking a Project Scheduler to strengthen project execution by owning and integrating schedules across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and other departments. The Scheduler creates realistic, resource-loaded schedules and identifies risks to support informed decisions.

The role collaborates with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams to translate inputs into actionable timelines, driving continuous process improvements. On-site in Minneapolis, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field (PM, Engineering, Business)
• Experience in project scheduling or project controls preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated project schedules across departments

• Translates inputs into a cohesive resource-loaded schedule
