Job summary

DLR Group in Chicago is seeking a Project Scheduler to support successful project delivery by developing and maintaining CPM schedules and resource plans. You will partner with project managers and design teams to reflect full project scope, track progress, and communicate changes clearly to stakeholders.

You will perform critical path analyses, identify risks, propose mitigations, and adjust schedules to keep projects on time and within budget across various delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Construction Industry, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience.
• High proficiency with scheduling tools, preferably MS Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of critical path analysis and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with tasks, dependencies, durations, resources, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to reflect full project scope in the schedule.
• Track progress and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Perform critical path analyses to identify delays and impacts.
• Mitigate scheduling risks and adjust plans to keep timelines and budgets.
