Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Project Scheduler in Minneapolis, MN to support planning and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. You will develop, manage, and maintain detailed CPM schedules, aligning timelines with project goals and resources to keep projects on track.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders, perform critical path analyses, identify risks, and produce timely schedule reports to guide decisions and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools, preferably Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to reflect project scope in schedules.
• Track progress, update schedules regularly, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Perform critical path analyses to identify delays and impacts.
• Identify and mitigate scheduling risks to maintain timelines and budget.
• Advise project teams on risks and mitigation strategies.
• Adjust schedules to keep projects on track and integrate various delivery models.
• Support resource allocation and revenue/plan inputs, QC reviews, and RFQ/RFP processes.
