Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience as a planner/scheduler.
• Expertise using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in the construction industry; life sciences experience preferred.
• Exemplary communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules for efficient execution.
• Interface with stakeholders as a trusted advisor to guide the project.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Monitor critical path impacts and report variances.
• Provide schedule progress reports, trend charts, and analysis periodically.
