Job summary

Air Liquide in Houston seeks a Project Procurement Manager to lead sourcing for large-scale capital projects, coordinating with Engineering and Project Management teams to secure competitive equipment, services and materials.

You will manage RFI/RFPs, negotiations, SAP purchase orders, supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with policy and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field is required.
• 7+ years of purchasing experience with preference for equipment used in air separation process.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship.
• Excellent computer skills including Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RFI / RFP / RFQs for equipment, materials, and services with Project Management and Engineering teams.
• Liaise with Engineering and suppliers for technical clarifications in proposal development and project execution.
• Secure and analyze quotations; lead negotiations on price, terms & conditions with suppliers.
• Present bid tab analysis to stakeholders during weekly status meetings.
• Create and issue accurate purchase orders in SAP; maintain organized supplier files.
