Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests.
• Route requests to the appropriate teams and backlogs.
• Coordinate across business units to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking.
• Collaborate with process, transformation, and automation teams.
• Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests.
