• Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests.

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Project/Program Manager 4 in Meridian, ID. The Project/Program Manager 4 would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Project/Program Manager 4 Compensation

The pay for this position is $45-$50 per hour. Based on experience.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Project/Program Manager 4 Highlights

• This position is a 12-month contract assignment with potential to extend or convert based upon business needs, performance, and attendance

Project/Program Manager 4 Requirements

• Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Meridian, ID

Project/Program Manager 4 Preferred Qualifications

• Supply chain, manufacturing, semiconductor, or operations experience
• Business process engineering or process improvement experience
• Experience working across business, process, and technology teams
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies/certifications
• Knowledge of automation, AI, enterprise systems, or digital transformation initiatives
