Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in financial services or related field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Strong collaboration with FP&A and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track labor, contractor, and vendor spend with transparency.
• Concierge hiring and workforce planning processes, including headcount management, requisitions, hiring forecasts, and resource allocation decisions.
• Maintain the 'gold source' of resource data and deliver insights to support portfolio, budget, and investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and leadership on forecasting, reforecasting, financial flexibility exercises, and budget optimization.
