Qualifications

• 7 years direct IT project management experience in development and execution.
• 10 years direct experience in software development and supervision.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration preferred.
• PMI Certification preferred.
• Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
• Strong familiarity with financial software or project management tools.
