Symbotic is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Planning to lead a team responsible for material availability across project portfolios. The role focuses on transforming planning standards, building repeatable processes, and driving cross-functional alignment to mitigate supply risks and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will excel at influencing stakeholders at all levels, developing project tracking tools, and communicating performance with executive partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, project planning, or material management, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in process improvement and program execution efficiency.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and negotiate with matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing complex supply risks across large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Planners with accountability and rigor.
• Manage escalations for complex material shortages, coordinating Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics.
• Summarize project performance and mitigation strategies for VP and Executive stakeholders.
• Identify and manage supply risks across multiple projects to protect timelines.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on material strategies.
• Architect scalable processes for program execution improvement and operational excellence.
