Job summary

MSM North America is seeking a detail-oriented Project Specialist to support project planning, business operations, and program execution across our growing organization. You will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate requirements, develop execution plans, and recommend solutions for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management support, program operations, contract administration, or related environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Attention to detail and maintaining accurate project records.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution; independently manage activities and develop work plans.
• Analyze project requirements and identify resource needs and execution challenges.
• Support proposal development with cross-functional inputs and materials.
• Evaluate schedules, milestones, and performance to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with leadership, engineering, operations, contracts, finance, and supply chain.
• Develop project reporting, assessments, schedules, and leadership-ready presentations.
• Assist with resource and cost planning to identify constraints and adjustments.
• Evaluate and improve existing project management workflows and documentation.
• Manage responsibilities with independent judgment and priority setting.
• Contribute to project lifecycle activities from initiation to closeout.
