Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, strategy, or related roles.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams with structured thinking.
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning by tracking priorities, goals, headcount, budgets, milestones, and capacity.
• Drive strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination across engineering, science, production, field ops, commercial, finance, and people.
• Translate growth plans into staffing, facilities, systems, and production capacity requirements.
• Build and improve company-wide processes, workflows, reporting systems, and information pathways.
• Produce clear, decision-ready analysis for leadership on performance, resources, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Support business reviews, quarterly planning, leadership meetings, and operating cadence.
• Take ownership of high-priority special projects without a permanent home.
