Job summary

Revity Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives across the organization and improve member experience. You will independently create and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and deliver outcomes by deadlines.

You will identify risks, coordinate with project owners and stakeholders, and report progress with clear metrics. A minimum of 3 years PM experience and an associate degree are required; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of project management or similar experience.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management Certification (CAPM, PgMP, PMP) preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent listening, oral, written and presentation abilities.
• Solid organizational, planning and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to motivate people and adapt to change.
• Effective communication with all partners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with project owners and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Leads project meetings, kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews.
• Develops detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budget.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Tracks milestones and deliverables against the plan.
• Maintains project documentation and archives historical records.
• Provides status reports to stakeholders and executives.
• Analyzes data to diagnose problems and present solutions.
• Fosters a collaborative team environment and ensures task execution.
• Monitors project success against KPIs with regular data-driven reports.
