Job summary

HCLTech in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Project Manager – Supply Chain to lead cross-functional programs in a medical equipment environment. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality teams, using advanced Excel, SAP MM/PP/PS, and strong communication skills to deliver on-time results.

You will develop schedules and dashboards, manage risks and dependencies, support cost analysis, and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA standards).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM/PP/Project Systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical domain concepts or product development processes.
• Experience managing procurement projects (vendor coordination, material planning).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Develop project schedules, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Manage SAP project workflows, material requests, and procurement processes.
• Track risks, dependencies, and project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support cost analysis, vendor coordination, and BOM-related tasks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical-device standards.
