Job summary

JCW Group in Knoxville seeks a Perm Supply Chain Manager for a medical device manufacturer. You will lead and optimize SIOP and demand/production planning across multiple sites, align cross-functional teams, and drive forecasting accuracy to meet customer commitments.

The role requires 6–10 years in a regulated supply chain, experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Kinaxis, NetSuite), and a track record of improving multi-site operations. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years supply chain experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry.
• Experience implementing or improving SIOP/IBP processes within a multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, NetSuite, etc.).

A contract medical device company is seeking a corporate supply chain manager to oversee manufacturing sites located in TN. This role is responsible for improving planning discipline, cross-functional alignment, supply and capacity forecasting, and operational execution in support of business objectives and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of a standardized SIOP process across all business units and manufacturing locations
• Facilitate SIOP, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision‑making and operational visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6-10 years supply chain experience in a regulated environment
• Experience within medical device, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated industry
• Experience implementing or improving SIOP/IBP processes within a multi‑site manufacturing organization
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, NetSuite, etc.)
