You will keep the plan honest, manage the schedule, and coordinate with engineers, sales, and support to deliver outcomes. You don't need to be a technical expert; you need to help the team do their best work, communicate clearly, handle difficult conversations, and enable customers to realize value from Blueframe and related

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management, program coordination, or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and communications for multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, customers, and executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and helping teams find clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements from planning through deployment and adoption.
• Own the engagement's schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for engagement delivery.
• Coordinate work across Software Services, Engineering, Sales, and Support.
• Contribute to reusable engagement patterns and KPI reporting.
