Job summary

AlphaHire is seeking a Project Manager for a client specializing in real estate financing and investment fund management in Fresno, CA. You will own cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to implementation, overseeing scope, budgets, vendors, risk tracking, and executive reporting to ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing projects across finance, real estate, financial services, or fund-management initiatives.
• Ownership of projects involving lending operations, financial reporting, compliance, or investor operations.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated financial services or compliance-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, real estate lending, and fund-management initiatives from kickoff through implementation and launch.
• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, milestones, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Track schedules, dependencies, vendor deliverables, and outstanding requirements to maintain execution timelines.
• Maintain risk logs and drive mitigation plans through resolution.
• Partner with lending, finance, compliance, reporting, and investor operations teams to execute cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting processes, and deliverables for accuracy and accountability.
• Prepare executive updates covering progress, budget, risks, and milestones.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls.
