Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a PMI Manager to lead the Project Management and Integration subdivision across NRF, Bettis, and other sites. You will partner with Capital Project Directorate managers to provide strategic direction for recapitalization projects including SFHP, NEAP and IIER, aligning planning, budgeting and risk management with senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a technical bachelor’s degree, significant project management experience, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and previous management experience.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and processes for SFHP, NEAP and IIER.
• Provide strategic direction and support for major projects across SFHP portfolio.
• Collaborate with Capital Projects Directorate and DMOs to improve productivity and decisions.
• Drive planning, budgeting, risk management and communications at department and project levels.
• Promote NP leadership culture and develop SFHP personnel.
