Job summary

Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a PMI Manager to lead the Spent Fuel Handling Recapitalization programs and related projects across NRF and Bettis sites. You will manage planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions with senior leadership.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale project management, proven leadership, and excellent communication to executives and stakeholders across the Navy and DoD contractors. U.S. citizens only; extensive background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a technical, engineering or science field with management experience.
• Experience leading large design or construction projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Clear communication skills including presenting to senior/executive management on project status.
• Knowledge of project management best practices and relevant certifications (PMP or equivalent).
• Ability to collaborate with senior Naval Reactors personnel and subcontract executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and processes for SFHP, NEAP, and IIER.
• Lead cross-site coordination with NRF and Bettis sites and communicate with senior management.
• Drive planning, risk management, and budget deliverables to Naval Reactors and CP leadership.
