Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives focused on IT test environments, test data management, and testing processes. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects to improve efficiency and speed to market while delivering high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, action registers, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications.
• PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with/managing IS providers.
• QA/Testing background is a strong plus.
• Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance.
• Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience.
