Job summary

USDM Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation. The role involves interfacing with CEO, CFO and senior leaders, driving projects from initiation through execution while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
Proven track record managing enterprise technology and business transformation projects.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs across IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
Drive execution while managing scope, timeline, budget, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including stakeholders, IT, vendors, consultants, and partners.
