Job summary

Element seeks an experienced Project Manager in Camden, AR to oversee a portfolio of active customer projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with project scope while maximizing customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with stakeholders, managing subcontracted work, and applying standard project management practices to deliver results. A BA/BS is preferred with 3–6 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• BA/BS preferred; related industry experience may suffice.
• 3–6 years of testing or technical customer service experience; project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, and control individual projects through their entire life cycle from new to completion.
• Move projects from initiation to closing as quickly as possible while keeping costs at or below quoted amount.
• Own project book: deliver business value, fulfill commitments, and ensure on-time, within-budget, and within-scope delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders and communicate with customers, department managers, and others regarding project progress and issues.
• Apply best practices of project management and maintain productive internal and external relationships to ensure project success.
