FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION is seeking a Vice President of Special Projects to lead and execute high-impact initiatives that support strategic objectives. You will manage a small team, use PMI standards, and oversee cross-functional collaboration with executives and departments.

The role requires strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Experience with Smartsheet and project management platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible project management/operational leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, finance, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Office, and project management platforms.
