ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead transformation across our global manufacturing network. You will drive cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, quality improvement, RCA, CAPA, KPI standardization, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.

You will establish plans, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting, while influencing stakeholders and guiding change management for lasting process adoption across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex global initiatives.
• PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network. This role will drive cross‑functional projects focused on operational excellence, quality improvement, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), KPI standardization, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects across multiple global sites.
• Implement and standardize RCA and CAPA processes to improve problem‑solving effectiveness.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives involving Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Establish project plans, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and standards.

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,500 and $110k annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
