Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, project management or related field.
• 8+ years' progressive experience in project management, HR, business operations, event management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives for the SVP, HR.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor high-impact HR projects and annual processes.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence, corporate departments, and executives.
• Manage HR budget planning and consolidate submissions for executive reports.
• Oversee vendor relationships and executive-level events.
• Develop executive communications, reports, and training materials.
