BRMi in Vienna, VA is seeking a Lead System Analyst to guide the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, development teams, and executive leadership to translate requirements into scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Several years of experience in systems analysis, solution design, or technical project management.
• Experience leading projects in a large or complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Evaluate feasibility and recommend best approach.
• Develop system designs, data models, and technical specifications.
• Gather requirements with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Manage projects through all phases from planning to post-production support.
• Develop testing plans and support system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Create implementation and data conversion plans for new or updated systems.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet performance and security requirements.
• Maintain clear project and technical documentation.
