Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related project management experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a complex, system-level organization.
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate

Responsibilities

• Manages projects aligned with institution objectives and standards.
• Defines project objectives, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Develops and maintains project plans, milestones, deliverables, risk assessments, documentation, and performance metrics.
• Coordinates project activities and resources to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitates internal and external stakeholder meetings, working groups, and project communications.
• Supports initiatives of teams reporting to the system export control officer.
• Prepares executive-level reports, dashboards, presentation, and status updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
