Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in Austin, TX to oversee full-service project management and construction management for client accounts. You will coordinate with senior PMs, owners, managers, and consultants to drive budgets, schedules, reporting, and procurement through all project phases.

The role requires a B.S. in a related field and at least five years of PM/CM experience, with three years in leadership. Competitive benefits and pay reflect market rates.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar industry preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ related project management or construction management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in position of accountability.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience, in a project management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and teams.
• Assist in the RFP process, review proposals, and participate in contracting.
• Review invoices, pay applications, change orders and add services requests.
• Prepare agendas and meeting minutes; ensure CW policies and client terms are followed.
• Support marketing of services and pursue new project awards.
• Coordinate with CW colleagues to meet quality, service, cost and profit goals.
• Raise issues for review and obtain approvals for potential changes or expenditures.
