Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking experienced Project Management professionals to support the TMAS 3 contract at Eglin AFB, FL. Responsibilities include guiding government stakeholders on planning and resource allocation, maintaining documentation, and developing program plans and roadmaps.

The role demands U.S. citizenship, progressive experience levels, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance. Onsite work is expected with a Monday–Friday schedule and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level 2: BS with up to 3 years of experience; Level 3: BS with 3–10 years; Level 4: BS/MS with 10+ years.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution.
• Review project lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables; monitor timelines.
• Participate in project status meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Maintain documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Work independently or with a team, show initiative, and organize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
