Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking Project Management professionals to support the TMAS 3 contract at Eglin AFB, FL. As a Project Manager, you will guide government stakeholders on planning, resource allocation, and mission execution, review lifecycles, and maintain project documentation.

Required qualifications include U.S. citizenship, Level 2–4 experience with escalating years, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to government stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and mission execution.
• Review project lifecycles including schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Provide input and monitor project timelines.
• Participate in project status meetings/calls and provide meeting minutes.
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Ability to develop program plans and technical roadmaps.
• Ability to work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize tasking with minimal supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent people, organizational, management, computer, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at a strategic level.
