BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant.

You will guide cross‑functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include leading complex Capital Investment projects (up to $100M), managing P&L, and communicating with executive leadership and government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Defense, Construction, or Oil/Gas/Chemical industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with upper management and customers.
• Proficiency in technical writing such as proposals and statements of work.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex Capital Investment projects (up to $100M).
• Manage project finances, budget adherence and financial targets (P&L).
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on status and issues.
• Oversee sub‑contractors and suppliers to meet project requirements and quality.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
