Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is required.
- 8+ years related experience incl. design, development, or commissioning.
- 2 years in engineering technical project leadership.
- Proficient communication across departments and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers to meet complex functional requirements.
- Drive execution by owning the technical roadmap within project schedule and budget.
- Manage partnerships as the primary technical contact for internal teams and suppliers.
- Bridge design to production through commissioning and hand-off to production teams.
- Support program growth with accurate budget estimates and new proposals.
