Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, technology, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience planning and coordinating cross-functional projects, facilitating stakeholder decisions, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting implementation.
• PMP, CAPM, or a comparable credential is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, expected outcomes, responsibilities, and measures of success with sponsors and leaders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workstreams, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional work from discovery through testing, implementation, and closeout.
• Facilitate project meetings and sessions, document decisions, ensure owners understand commitments and next steps.
• Track health, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide concise status reporting for sponsors and leaders to enable decisions.
• Coordinate business testing, issue resolution, implementation, launch readiness, stabilization, and transition activities.
• Partner with Training and Enablement and leaders to prepare employees for changes to systems, processes, tools, or responsibilities.
• Promote consistent project-management practices, tools, templates, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across AgTexas.
