Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Project Manager to lead organizational projects, working cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery and to streamline processes that improve operations. You will manage multiple projects in a complex, matrixed environment and partner with Finance on forecasts and resources.

Required: bachelor or master in business/technology or equivalent experience, at least 7 years in project/program management, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business, Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in program/project management.
• Demonstrated successful management of large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated competence in project management skills and related experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, manage, and deliver a given project.
• Direct complex projects involving business, operational and IT deliverables.
• Rigorously manage project scope to meet time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Partner with Finance to validate financial forecasts and reconcile resources and expenditures.
• Define and track milestones while developing and maintaining a project plan.
• Develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan and contingency plan.
• Document and communicate project issues, milestones, and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage and escalate risks and issues; identify solutions when possible.
