Job summary

Ruhrpumpen is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate people and processes for Type C complexity projects, ensuring scope, contract requirements, and timely delivery. You will be the go-to person for project organization and timeline across cross-functional teams.

You will plan with teams, evaluate health and risks, set clear goals, and drive accountability. Expect ongoing meetings, risk mitigation, and use of PM tools to monitor milestones and costs, with growth into higher complexity work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred), Technical Degree with 5 years’ experience
• 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and in scope.
• Evaluate project health, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Set clear goals and drive accountability to complete tasks.
• Lead project meetings to monitor schedule and discuss mitigation with leadership.
• Use PM tools to develop plans and track milestones.
• Manage costs, scope creep, changes, and organizational needs.
• Maintain communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Identify workflow improvements and drive change.
• Grow proficiency to manage higher-complexity projects.
