Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple strategic initiatives across departments. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate plans, budgets, and stakeholder alignment, and mentor Associate Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive results, implement lifecycle models, and track success metrics while maintaining strong communications with sponsors and internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–4 years in a business/analytical role.
• Proficient with Office suite and project tools.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project management lifecycle.
• Coordinate plans, goals, and timelines across departments.
• Manage project budgets within financial parameters.
• Mentor Associate Project Managers.
• Present research and analysis to sponsors.
• Facilitate meetings, action items, and follow ups.
• Build cross-departmental relationships.
