Job summary

Medidata is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in New York to lead patient, site, and employee insights projects. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee Wrike workflows, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while advancing our Insights-as-a-Product model.

The role requires 3-5 years in project management, familiarity with clinical research SaaS, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work policy applies; salary range is $96,000–$128,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent (analytic discipline preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical/biomedical and/or software development environment preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or business intelligence, preferably within a high-growth environment, CRO, or software/tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Develop custom project plans for internal mission-alignment efforts and client-facing engagements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables are audit-ready and compliant.
• Forecast, budget, and manage project financials and invoicing accuracy.
• Deliver workshops and lead client meetings.
