Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives delivering patient, site, and employee insights on time and within budget. You will manage Wrike-based plans, develop standard workflows, and drive AI-assisted data assets through the Insights-as-a-Product model.

The role reports to the VP, Research Site Engagement and requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of on-time delivery in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent; analytic discipline a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical/biomedical and/or software development environment preferred.
• 3-5 years in project management, operations, or business intelligence in high-growth CRO or software/tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle for complex, cross-functional projects and client engagements.
• Develop custom project plans for internal and client-facing initiatives.
• Create and maintain project documentation and dashboards for real-time visibility.
