Job summary

INTREN, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Indiana to serve as the primary contact with customers for assigned contracts and drive the overall operational performance of the contract. The role ensures all customer requirements are met and projects meet performance targets.

You will collaborate with executives and managers to resolve issues, manage changes, and oversee invoicing, data entry, and project documentation. This position reports to Senior Project Manager or Regional Director.

Qualifications

• Requires effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large projects and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with customers for assigned contracts.
• Drive overall operational performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage day-to-day activities across project lifecycle from inception to close-out.
• Prepare and present project status and performance reports to leadership.
• Oversee invoicing, change orders, and contract terms review.
• Maintain schedules, resources, and data accuracy in company systems.
