Job summary

INTREN, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Warrenton, MO, to serve as the primary point of contact for contracted projects and drive overall operational performance. You will ensure contract requirements are met and projects meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, resolving issues, tracking invoices and changes, and leading project teams through planning and execution to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen, customer focus and drive for results.
• Proven leadership and project management capability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact on assigned contracts and drive contract performance.
• Collaborate with EVP, Account Manager, or Senior PM to maintain relationships.
• Manage scope changes via contract change orders and track requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy in company systems and timely invoicing/closeout.
• Oversee estimating process and field resources for proposals.
• Provide regular status and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and ensure execution of project plans and schedules.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
