Qualifications

• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Deliver clear financial and operational status reports to project leaders and senior leadership.
• Budget & Schedule Alignment: Manage an integrated project schedule tied to budget forecasting, cash flow analysis, and cost baselines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate and lead integrated project teams to ensure cross-functional accountability for cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Strategic Execution: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve milestone targets while optimizing resource utilization and financial performance.
• Risk & Variance Management: Proactively identify project variances and execute mitigation strategies to prevent budget overruns.
• Ability to obtain a US secret clearance.
