• Understanding banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Office, and project portfolio tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop charters, business cases, plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, dependencies.
• Monitor progress, address issues, risks, and roadblocks.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with sponsors, business units, IT, compliance, and vendors.
