Job summary

Infotech is seeking a Project Manager in Gainesville, FL to lead complex technology projects from scoping through launch. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, write specs, run client-focused meetings, and keep timelines and budgets on track.

Expect to steer Agile ceremonies and use AI-assisted PM tools to improve planning and delivery. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 4 years' relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating between technical and business audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing client relationships, project budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects from scoping through launch.
• Write technical specs, run meetings, and serve as primary client contact for clarity.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; remove obstacles to goals.
• Leverage AI-powered PM tools to plan, track, and deliver more efficiently.
