Job summary

DISHER is partnering with a leading supply chain solutions company to hire a Project Manager. You will lead mid-to-large initiatives from planning through execution, working with business, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and proficiency in Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall. You will build plans, manage budgets, and drive risk mitigation while developing dashboards in Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for mid-to-large initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resources.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate progress; mitigate issues.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; apply proactive mitigation.
• Translate logistics/operational requirements into deliverables with IT teams.
• Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and status reporting.
• Contribute to PMO processes, standards, and templates.
• Create project dashboards feeding portfolio management (Smartsheet).
